My pixel outlines MAY NOT be altered in any way. YOU must color them completely before adding them to your site or Blog to sale as tubes. I do not allow any cloning or franken-dolling of my lines. You may never add my outlines to your web site or blog without an "As Is" license.
PIXEL TUBES
My pixel tubes May be used to creat tags, web sets, blog sets ect. But you may not add them to your members area as tubes, with out an "AS IS" License.
AS IS LICENSE
The price for the As Is license varies with packages. You will find it listed with every graphic package that is available for As Is use. This license must always be placed on the page that contains my original graphics.
Print License
Print license is available to those creating cards, candy wrappers stationary etc.With this license you are able to print my graphics. But you may not sale what you created. $75.00 (USD) NON REFUNDABLE
Print for profit License
Print for profit. license is available to those creating cards, candy wrappers stationary etc. With this license you may sale what ever you have created using my graphics. $125.00 (USD) NON REFUNDABLE
You may not sell your creations made from my images to major chain stores, wholesalers, retailers or franchises, publishing houses, wrapping paper companies, greeting card companies, magazines, newspapers, advertising agencies, television stations, broadcasting corporations and the like, you may not mass produce my images. You cannot offer anything from my site for sale on a CD, or as a general graphic collection. You may not create commercial calendars or illustrate books. You may not pass any of my images through any graphics group on or offline. Lady M Pixels are for online use only. They are not to be printed out for candy wrappers, calenders etc without my written permission, and obtaining the appropriate license. They are never to be shared through ANY groups, Or offered for free.
